Our blog personalities were able to have a short  interview with "Stiffcode" and when he was asked what moved him to rap, this is what he had to say...

To be honest as a kid, I never really had the dream of becoming a rap artiste. My initial dream was to go into politics and one day become the President of Nigeria but as I began to see what reality really is, I started having different dreams. I've dreamt of becoming so many things.... Teacher, Banker, actor, Basketball player, an artist, and even to an extent a super hero. Rap music for me started when my dad was transferred to Ibadan and I got my admission into ISI (The International School Ibadan). It was a school for the really wealthy people and these kids I met there introduced me to rap. As God may have it, my brother started leaning beat and music production. Then, when ever he'd make a beat, I'd go into his studio and do my little freestyle and stuffs like that. As at this time I still didn't have the dream of making music as a career. When it kicked into my head was when I listened to Lost ones by j.Cole ..... God, that track hit me so hard cause at that time in my life, my parents were on the path to their divorce.  I could relate to the song so well and after listening to it I figured out that I could actually make something good out of my talent. I recorded my very first track with couple of friends when I was about to graduate from high school and I performed that song on my graduation day. After the Vs, a man walked up to me and offered to help me improve my music career. Too bad I misplaced his contact and never called him but him walking up to me made me realize that I have something that even me myself couldn't locate yet. After that day, I decided to take to music completely as a career and by the grace of God I've come so far. That doesn't mean I stopped school tho... I'm presently in Unilag studying History and Strategic Studies
Although been an upcoming artiste. we all should see the STAR in Him from now on.
